OEE is used by manufacturers, but leading software vendors won’t alter their products to perform the  related data capture, analytics and recommendations. Manual processes using paper and spreadsheets create another layer of work and reduce the ease of use for OEE.   

We envisioned a mobile-enabled app that can capture line data and present KPIs and other OEE metrics specific to a user’s responsibilities and role. Manufacturing metrics are translated into general and SKU-specific profitability measures. The data collected can provide insights and suggest actions prioritized based on the magnitude of the benefit they can provide.
