In order to eliminate expensive redos, we helped Matthews move away from their hand-drawn design process and better serve their customers with a memorial design visualizer app.
When a stone and brass memorial falls short of a client’s expectations, it often takes a complete redo of the piece to remedy the issue.
Our team expanded upon an initial .NET demo Matthews had created, building a tool that allowed users to design a true-to-life digital version of a memorial. Our team set rules for the tool based on the manufacturer’s real technical capabilities and resources and found ways to offer more features than Matthews originally imagined. The resulting designs brought clarity to the manufacturing floor and confidence to vendors and end customers.
