What do you like about being part of the industry?
Broadcasting and broadcast technology have always been fascinating to me, especially since I became a radio amateur in the mid seventies of the last century. I like the spirit of the industry and to support creatives and technicians with the technology CGI delivers.
What are the values that drive you?
Respect, partnership and authenticity.
What is something people in your industry have to deal with that you want to fix?
In the last 30 Years broadcast technology made a vast step towards digitization. Specialized equipment was replaced by software running on standard PCs. This process changed job profiles in the industry and led to more complexity in the creative process due to new possibilities and extended distribution channels like social media. This sometimes disruptive process of innovation still continues with the introduction of AI and machine learning. Delivering tools and workflows to let creatives concentrate on being creative by taking out the complexity of technology will be the focus for the near future.

I cant name dedicated favorites, but here are my favorite genres: Science, biographies, thrillers
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Spending time with my family. I also like to jog around my home or elsewhere and to enjoy twisty roads by motorbike. Chilling with listening to music watching movies is also a good option for me to relax.
