I Joined CGI in 2012 with the merger of Logica into CGI, and I have been with logica since 2005.

 

What do you like about being part of the industry?

I can say this is the first Product team of CGI I am working for from last 2 years, earlier have worked for several other projects/products of different customers. But working for this product of CGI, highest privilege and proud to be part of it. (OpenMedia)

 

What are the values that drive you?

I was offered to be part of this team as the teams were moving into SAFe -transformation, and I carried reasonably good experience working with SAFe agile teams/transformation which indeed drives me into challenges and sometimes crazy. But at same time as agile leader I am learning with the team and supporting them at my best.

 

What is something people in your industry have to deal with that you want to fix?

The product has evolved from last 20 years from scratch and had never got required support to follow Product management lifecyle. Teams are highly motivated for so many years in developing this product and it is highly appreciated. Change of process/system is required to ensure the product is sustainable in the current market and also to motivate the teams.

 

What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?

Good team player, good leader, Supportive to teams.

Channels : Holiday places, Cooking, Baking cake.

 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I like going out with my children for shopping, playing badminton during summer and tours within Germany or outside during vacation.
