The NHS in England is one year into biggest healthcare transformation plan in national history, which effects every citizen and every healthcare worker.

 Harriett is Head of Product for the NHS website (NHS.uk), leading the development of one of the UK’s most widely used digital health services. I’ve spent the past 12 years working across NHS digital products, including public health campaigns, screening services and NHS.uk. I’m passionate about making health information and services simpler, more useful and easier to access, and particularly interested in how emerging technologies, including AI, are changing how people find and interact with health information.

 Senior User Researcher, CGI UK 

Amy is a Senior User Researcher at CGI, bringing a human-centred approach to understanding complex problems and shaping better digital products and services. She has experience leading research across large-scale digital transformation programmes in the public sector. Most recently, she has been working on NHS England’s Community and Mental Health Discovery, exploring the perspectives of people providing and receiving care to understand where digital tools and technology could improve productivity and the experiences of patients and the workforce.

With more than 25 years’ experience delivering complex transformation and major programmes, Tim combines deep healthcare and delivery expertise with a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving growth and delivering measurable outcomes for clients. Tim has end-to-end leadership of CGI’s Health business, spanning growth and business development through to client engagement and delivery. He has grown CGI’s Leeds Health team to more than 450 professionals and a business of over $120 million CAD. Throughout his career, Tim has led major programmes and global delivery teams, turning complex challenges into practical action, delivering results and creating enduring value.

 Justene joined CGI in 2017 as an experienced Executive Director with more than 25 years of business experience and a strong record in transformation, change and performance delivery. Justene is responsible for establishing and leading CGI’s health and care strategy in the UK and Australia, with a focus on collaborative, user-centred service redesign, digital enablers and improving clinical and care outcomes. She is passionate about innovation and SME collaboration. Prior to CGI, Justene was Chief Executive Officer of the Scottish Government’s Digital Health and Care Institute, providing leadership and strategic direction across a complex network of government and healthcare stakeholders.

 Tom Hubbard-Green is Head of Product at NHS England and has worked in product across healthcare, central government and the charity sector. He is the author of the Public Sector Product Manager’s Cookbook (https://www.tomhubbardgreen.co.uk/product) and a frequent product event speaker. Tom is also an advisory board member of TechSkills, the skills body for tech in the UK, representing product and user-centred design roles.
