Cyber Escape Canberra
An immersive cyber awareness experience delivered in partnership by CGI, UNSW Canberra and Canberra Cyber Hub.

The Canberra Cyber Hub is a not-for-profit, government-funded organisation designed to help uplift the Canberra cyber, quantum and space ecosystem. The Hub helps emerging and established businesses and research organisations alike to accelerate the commercialisation of homegrown solutions, navigate complex challenges and connect with industry partners and customers.
Located at the heart of Australia’s national decision-making in the nation’s capital, UNSW Canberra connects industry, Defence, government and academia to address real-world challenges. For over 50 years, we’ve produced leaders through expert-led programs, while our globally recognised research spans defence, AI, cyber security and public policy - creating solutions that shape Australia’s future and deliver global impact.
Cyber Escape takes cyber awareness out of the classroom and into an immersive, team-based environment.
Inside a purpose-built shipping container, participants solve challenges, uncover clues and respond to simulated cyber risks. Each session is supported by a CGI Game Master and includes a short debrief to connect the activity back to real-world cyber safety and digital responsibility.
Cyber Escape is about more than completing the challenge. It is designed to create meaningful conversations about cyber awareness, digital behaviour and the role everyone plays in staying safe online.
Cyber security is a shared responsibility.
By bringing together CGI, UNSW Canberra and Canberra Cyber Hub, Cyber Escape Canberra connects industry, education and the local cyber ecosystem to support stronger digital awareness across schools, community and industry
Organisations can help bring Cyber Escape to Canberra and beyond, by enabling schools, community groups and industry sectors to access this immersive cyber awareness experience.
