It's so exciting to think that Summa's team of strategists, custom software developers, agile coaches, Salesforce implementation and integration experts, human-centered designers and beyond has grown to over 200 employees. Many of those smart, curious people work at our new downtown Pittsburgh offices, but others are distributed across client sites and remote locations.
At Summa, making sure our talented employees are also engaged employees is a top priority. So each year, Summa hosts a corporate retreat known as the Summa Summit. During the event, we align on business goals, explore new possibilities for our custom software solutions, Salesforce and agile focus areas, and best of all, we gather together to eat, dance and laugh. (We laugh a LOT.)
