I started in the Broadcast & Media industry over 25 years ago and became a CGI Member via the SCISYS acquisition in April 2020.

What do you like about being part of the industry?

The challenge to balance two major aspects of software in the Broadcast & Media industry:
- keep up with new technologies and trends on one hand
- deliver reliable, stable, secure and always running systems on the other

What are the values that drive you?

To provide customers with solutions fitting their individual needs which are part of an overall modular concept

What is something people in your industry have to deal with that you want to fix?

Growing systems' complexity and growing security requirements make it more and more challenging to let systems react adequately (and quickly) to changes in requirements.

What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?

Communicative, being helpful, reliable
