April 2020 with the merger of SCISYS Media Solutions; started at SCISYS in June 2019 after having worked for several big players in the tech industry like Avid, Adobe, Apple and Autodesk, both in the US and Germany.

What do you like about being part of the industry?

The Media & Broadcast industry is fairly small. After a few years working in our industry, you know many people that you regularly meet at events and with this get to grow a nice business network and friendships. While the Broadcast industry is not considered a new economy, it is lively and open for change and innovations. It never gets boring.

Reliability, trust, equal opportunities

What is something people in your industry have to deal with that you want to fix?

I would love to see more gender diversity in the Media & Broadcast industry. While the development over the past years is going towards the right direction, it’s still a male-dominated industry with a minority of female leaders and decision-makers.
