Date you joined CGI:

I joined the predecessor company called Dalet A.N.N. in Jan 2005. Since then it is the 3rd company rebranding before finally I became a CGI member.

What do you like about being part of the industry?

CGI is a big company which is quite a change for me, being used to much smaller organizations. As an advantage CGI offers a huge network of experts and numerous colleagues eager to support. Direct communication is literally possible with all members of the company across hierarchies.

What are the values that drive you?

I want to contribute with my knowledge to evolve teams, products, and the customer experience while using our products. There are new things to learn and discover every day being in contact with other people, private and business. Team success comes first, over personal success. It is important to be pragmatic over dogmatic.

What is something people in your industry have to deal with that you want to fix?

I truly believe our products must be beneficial for users in their daily life and not only serve an administrative purpose. We want to offer products that users can enjoy using. We are looking for solutions that make work easier and team cooperation better. The goal is always to create innovations that are the foundation for tomorrow's way of working.

Team player, ambitious, considerate

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I love to spend time with my (small) family. Gardening is a good way of getting the balance to your daily work. I also do not shy away to get my hands dirty and build stuff - in fact, I need it. Wood is an amazing material. And some not too challenging sportive activities like cycling, (ice/inline)-skating.
